Q: How do i log into my LFS server as an admin
A - When you click on your host name in the LFS Servers list there will be an editable box labbelled as "Password:" This is the box that you need to type your Admin password that is set in your servers setup.cfg file.
Q: HELP! My server is not online,
A - If you are unable to find your server online please double check your server name and enable filters to show all hosts. If you are still unable to find or connect to your server please open a support ticket and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Q: Can i host my own Insim applicaiont?
A - Custom insim applications can be added, however they must adhere to the insim application requirements.
Q: How long will it take for my server to be setup
A - Once you have completed the order process and made a payment your server will be set up within 10 Minutes. You will receive multiple e-mails which will contain 1.Your Order details, 2.Your invoice payment confirmation and 3. Your Server login details.
Q: Do you sponsor?
A - We will on occasion make sponsorships with large Communitys and for events. We will Rarely sponsor individual Teams/ Clans, However if you think you have something you can offer you can contact us with your proposal at: admin@500servers.com
Q: What Operating Systems / Server specifications do you use to host LFS Services
A - ALL of our game servers are configured on a mixture of Intel Core2Duo, Intel Core2Quad and Intel Xeon processors with between 2GB and 8GB of DDR2 Ram running Windows Server 2003 Operating Systems.
Q: Can i have a test server?
A - We will allow a 3 day test server on many occasions, or we can point you to a number of public servers. Contact us for more details.
Q: Can i upgrade / downgrade easily?
A - Yes, simply contact us via the Billing system and we can change your package as required . We will soon be making this an automated option.
