[Resolved] 81.19.209.206 Down Server offline Rate Topic: -----

There is currently an issue with server machine: 81.19.209.206.

We are looking into the cause of this and hope to have it back online soon.

UPDATE:

As i am sure you are aware currently all services from 81.19.209.206 are offline, This is because the server has suffered a Hard drive failure,

The failed drive will be going to a data-recovery center tomorrow to recover as much data as possible from it. However it may take upto a week to get that data back.

We will be setting up new servers for the time being so you have servers you can use, And we will get your backed up data as soon as possible.

If we have missed you out during the creation of these new servers, Please open a support ticket so we can get round to you as soon as possible,

This issue was resolved and data retrieved on 06/04/2010.
